I'm a bit late in getting this market report out, but last week was graduation week and there were several ceremonies to attend along with celebratory dinners to recognize several new graduates in the family. We added a political science major, a registered nurse, a Princeton bound high school grad and an 8th grade grad who was recognized for both his academic and athletic prowess. It was a wonderful week on the family scene, but let's move on to real estate.
Here's your June update for the Manhattan Beach luxury home market:
22 Manhattan Beach luxury homes priced over $2,000,000 closed escrow during May 2015. 19 were single family homes and three of the sales were townhouses.
24 Manhattan Beach luxury homes priced over $2,000,000 are in escrow with accepted offers. One of the sales was a townhouse, the rest were single family homes.
50 Manhattan Beach luxury homes priced over $2,000,000 are currently for sale. Four townhouses and a condo located on The Strand are in the luxury home lineup of properties for sale in the highly sought after coastal city located in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
