Real estate sales this first week of June 2015 were steady. 53 Properties sold last week in Carroll County MD, median days on the market 39. The median sold price was $305,000 median original list price was $319,900 median list price at the time of sale was $317,900 with a original list price to sold price ratio of 95.83%.
The overall, county wide absorption rate is a 6.3 months. What does that mean? Six months worth of supply is a fair, even market across the board. Less than 6 months creates a sellers market.
