COMMERCIAL PROJECTS-$20MM AND UP

 

The primary focus of our business is on commercial projects of at least $20M.  These projects typically include hotels, marinas, casinos, office buildings, shopping centers, condo projects and other commercial enterprises. Although we have these direct relationships with several developers, we continue to search for additional projects that may be a match for our qualified buyers.

 

In addition to finding buyers for these projects, we also work directly with a private equity group who provides additional resources (loans, JV etc) to help developers complete existing projects. In order to ensure that we have sufficient resources on both sides, we are continuously seeking additional projects, funding sources, and qualified buyers.
