We were recommended to relocating buyers who did not have broker representation by a reputable lender who had pre-approved them for a mortgage.
The home buyers were relocating from Illinois to Northwest Indiana.
After showing them several properties that were active on the MLS, but not to their liking, we suggested they see a property that had an accepted offer contingent on the sale of another home.
Since our buyers were non contingent (they did not need to sell a home in order to buy one), they could "BUMP" the current offer on the property if they liked it.
The previous offer was successfully bumped and our buyers are now enjoying their beautiful home!
