Adjust . . . . Change . . . . and Thrive

“Change is difficult but often essential to survival.”

Les Brown, motivational speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Adjust . . . . change . . . . and thrive

Find tune your systems . . . . techniques . . . . and skills to get better at what you do.

Adjust to meet the circumstances that you find yourself in . . . . and determine the best course of action to turn your circumstances into an opportunity.

You move from existing . . . . too thriving the moment you take the steps to move outside of your comfort zone . . . . and change. Without change you live in the world of the status quo . . . . and you either remain the same . . . . or move into reverse.

Adjust what needs to be adjusted . . . .  Have the courage to change what has to be changed . . . . and follow the path that will move into the thriving zone.

Adjust . . . . change . . . . and thrive. And you’ll open the gateway to greater opportunity and greater success.

Loved this post, Lou Ludwig. Staying "flexible" is really what moves us forward in life physically, emotionally, intellectually, etc.

Sometimes being cautious is a strong virtue as well but once you are stable and have some room to take chances I agree they can pay off big time

Excellent words to improve and survive Lou. If we do not adjust then we will be left behind in the game.

Change can be difficult, but we don't have to make it that way. Adjust as you say and move forward.

Great post Lou Ludwig . I have just made a big change in my business by dumping property management, the adjusting has been tough due to loose ends (expensive ones) and my Real Estate business is already starting to thrive because of it.

Lou,

If you do not change you do not survive when I was in the corporate world I survived several layoffs by being flexible and learning more than just my job!
