A last minute showing was requested by a delightful agent. No problem, I will meet you at my brand new listing on 4618 Hawksbury Road 21208 at 4:15 today.
I arrived at 3:45PM and placed an OPEN HOUSE sign on the rider. I also put the open house on the MLS system.
A text from the agent that their buyer was running late.
Again...no problem. I already had a visitor stop by from the sign. It was nice to see more potential buyers in the property.
That's how I do Impromptu Open Houses.
