MARKET REPORTS & ANALYSIS     

• While rates have improved this morning the overall direction of the rate market appears to be heading upward since June 1.
• Friday morning rates were down slightly then started to rise midmorning, ending the day up. Readers recieved a rate warning at 10:45 AM.
• Thursday prices were down sharply 
• Wednesday I recommended Float With Caution because I felt rate prices were ready to temporarily improve.
• Readers were warned to lock since May 27.
