Greetings,
Inventory is low in Lane County, Oregon for the months of May and June. Despite what local real estate brokers characterize as a short supply of homes for sale in Lane County, there hasn’t been significant upward pressure on prices, according to RMLS figures.
The median home sales price last month was $210,000 in Lane County, meaning half the homes sold for more and half for less. This was down from both the previous month and this time last year. So far this year, median home prices are up only 3 percent compared to the first five months of 2014.
If you are thinking about listing your home, now is a great time. Call me to schedule a no obligation market analyisis on your home. I am happy to help!
All the best,
Jan Sohlman
