How do agents show flats in NYC(Manhatten)? Take public transportation with clients? Take cabs and speak Hindi?

If you are lucky enough to be showing properties in NYC for sale, you can hop a cab or UBER - ROI very high.
I'm in NJ - not far out of the city - but far different market nonetheless.
Either case, I recommend wearing flats ;-)
Best of luck to your daughter! I'm hoping to knock out a half marathon before the year's over....I can't imagine trying to run a full 26.2
