This is a great property in Applewood West (a highly sought after neighborhood). These buyers came back to Denver after a few years in California and were ready to invest in real estate again. The home was ready to move in and offered the space the buyers were searching for.

Golden has few detached single family homes available under $400,000, and these buyers were very lucky to see this listing when the first buyers opted out. To secure a home in downtown Golden, it is rare to find any homes under $500,000.

Inspection and appraisal has been completed and buyers are excited to close in a couple of weeks. It is always a pleasure working with past clients with their real estate needs.
