That is music to my ears!

That is music to my ears! That was my response to a new agent's comment. When he came in today, he said, "You are everywhere I search on the Internet." He shared how he had been doing searches online for multiple real estate related topics. In that search, I showed up on almost every page. That was enough to convince him to come and talk to me.

I do credit the ability to be found on the Internet to my relationship with Active Rain. Prior to investing energy in Active Rain, I had no idea how far reaching the Internet could be for my business. I have used what I've learned to help my two different companies, and both companies have prospered greatly because of what I've gained along the way. 

This gentleman is not an Internet savvy agent, but hopefully we'll change that. After he saw how often Cornerstone Business Group, Inc., and I, showed up in his searches, he wanted to understand what the value of the Internet was to being a Realtor.

I shared how most buyers start their home search on the Internet. I explained how our sales numbers are heavily weighted toward Internet sales. That intrigued him, and he joined out WV team today. Now, to get him on Active Rain as a regular.
