Lexophilia - Friday Fun
Do you know what Lexophilia means? I had forgotten what it was until one of my clients sent me the email below ( Thanks Tom & Ida)! Kind of fun playing with words - in a twisted kind of way! I've had such a busy couple of weeks I've not had time to post in BananaTude. I miss all you guys and gals. I'll be back over the weekend!
Since it's Friday I had to share it will all of you - just for fun! Enjoy!
"Lexophile" is a word used to describe those that have a love for words, such as "you can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish", or "to write with a broken pencil is pointless." A competition to see who can come up with the best lexophiles is held every year in an undisclosed location.
This year's winning submission is posted at the very end.
