Yes, I know your love it were your office, your fellow agents are so nice, the ownership so helpful as I have heard it over an over and even had the same situation at ReMax but I left anyway. First, you are most likely only earning on what you list and sell. You most likely don't have ownership in the Company and never will and if you where to stop listing and selling tomorrow (choice or circumstance) your income would most likely stop or at least place a dent in your current lifestyle. Right? Just Saying here.
Next, when was the last time your brokerage paid for your mortgage or car payment or insurance. Well my Rev share is paying my PGE right now and I'm just only selling and listing homes. In a few short years my entire monthly fixed expenses will be covered by my rev share for just sharing the company with other agents PLUS I have 7100 shares of stock in the Company which has tripled in 8 months in value, all awared to me on my production. I know you don't have this. It's your life, your income, your business so you compare and make the decision if you should check this out.
