Antioch California Homes are great buys and offer great potential for equity Great Antioch Home for Salegrowth. Antioch is a great community with a great infrastructure; newer, parks, schools, roads and community facilities. The housing crises took a toll on Antioch, but as home prices are bouncing back so is Antioch. With the increase in property tax revenues and sales tax revenues Antioch is investing heavily in expanded law enforcement, code enforcement, and community facilities.

A review of this report and last months will show prices continue to trend up. The number of sales is consistent. The number of homes on the market is increasing slightly, probably due to the normal Summer Selling Season and people looking to sell between school years. This will give buyers some more choices, but I suspect sales will increase as well as more buyers will be out over the summer.

If you are looking to buy now is the time before prices go up more and while interest rates are low. If you are looking to sell now is also a good time as the homes are moving fast.
