I have a completely personal problem, nothing to do with real estate, but would love your input!
My husband and I sold our Honda Turbo Jet ski on Saturday morning. It was almost brand new and worked great. Last night the buyer called saying it was broken and over heating, he wants his money back, Now I know he has been out on the lake since Saturday morning on it, and it overheated Sunday evening after being on it again all day. My husband thinks we should give him his money back, but in full disclosure he didn't want to sell it to begin with and just wants it back (we bought a new one but it isn't as fast!). However, we would have to pay to fix it! As real estate agents we negotiate and deal with fallen through contracts all the time, however this is different! Any input or ideas?? Thank you in advance!
