"In July, the Georgia Secretary of State will launch the new Georgia Express Corporation System. This is a new and intuitive system that provides a user friendly and more expedient way to register or renew your corporation.
We are proud to introduce the new Corporations Website where with a simple click of a button you can conduct multiple business transactions to include: File your annual registration, update information, search for a business, and order certified copies."

"We are pleased to announce that the Office of Secretary of State will be implementing a new corporations processing system in July 2015. There are three important matters that you should be aware of during this systemic transition.

Our online services will be shut down from Thursday, June 25th through Friday, June 26th
. Service will be restored on Saturday, June 27th after 4:00 p.m. Any urgent filings that require processing, should be brought to our office any time before close of business on Thursday, June 25th. Processing will not occur on Friday, June 26th. Once we go live, you will need to create a NEW username and password. Your old credentials will not work in the new system.
Any documents that are in your approved services tab or pending tab that you need, please print or submit by close of business Wednesday, June 24th because you will not be able to log into cGov once we shut down.
