And name any coach, he or she is going to ask you the first question - how many calls did you make?
The calls may be to Expired, FSBO, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients or....anyone!
Did you pick up that 500# Brick - as per my friend Michael Thornton - and make the call?

As many of you know, I, like many real estate agents, am working towards building a business worth owning. Over the past 3 months I have been grounded in the basics of business coming from the perspective of real estate. Although I am not a real estate agent, real estate earns my livelihood. Why not do what top producing real estate agent do. Pick up that 500# brick and make those calls?
I had a cancellation yesterday afternoon and I was prodded by my MAPS coach. Haven’t you been staring at that stack of business cards you collected over the past month long enough? I had. Following his lead and suggestions for a script I made 35 calls and formed some really great connections. Many, we scheduled a time to have a cup of coffee to see how I could help them have more successful transactions. Real estate is a relationship business. Hard for a high “D” to do. I am working on it.
My "BIG WHY" is to provide a level of income that will support the desired lifestyle for the employees that work for this company. When one finds their "BIG WHY" and takes action, things will manifest.
