The neighborhood is ideally situated south of I-635 (LBJ), on the east side of Preston Road, between Forest Lane and Harvest Hill Lane, with easy access to I-75 and the Dallas North Tollway. Downtown Dallas is 12 miles south of Twelve Five Thousand Preston.
