This is a short quiz. It is called Who Do you Think?????

Who do you think is sending this headliner out to every email address they can mustard up?
Who do you think is sending out this false or should I say over stated advertisement?
Who do you think still consider themselves to be the Industry Leader? No shame in their game???
Who do you think "lead in subprime and other questionable loans" with options that they now cannot afford and who was it that helped to "lead" and "cause" most of the real estate problems that we are having right now? If this is too heavy - let's sum it up to who was the Industry leader back in 2004, 2005 when all the "optional" loans were being "given" out? What was that - um?
What do you think... Do they really feel they make it easier? And just who are they making it easier for?

I find that there is something very false about that statement.

Ernie ~ yeah but how does that make them the industry leader??? Wouldn't it now be B/A that's the leader? And I have found that Countrywide is not really trying to help anyone.

Eric ~ I will keep your information but I hope the lender will not be Countrywide. They don't budge.

oh lordy, I've got an FHA contract now with CW and it's beginning to unravel a bit...

Mara ~ I think they are unraveling all over the place ~~ good luck.

They are lost most of their credibility in the market.

Tried recently to do a short sale with them......they were ridiculous to work with.

Rosemary, OMG I love your Quiz! It is very satirical and so true! Thanks for making me laugh, Countrywide advertised themselves so much as the "Industry Leader" and the go to Lender etc., and look where it got them and a lot of Americans.

Linda ~ that is my next blog. They literally wasted my time and energy and for 2 months and then came back and countered (again). They lost the sale and now will have to foreclose and will definitely get less for the property. I think those people are asleep.
