Pioneer Place Real Estate Information Delta, CO June 2015
Real estate activity has been slow in Pioneer Place. This is mainly due to the lack of inventory. Homes in this neighborhood are typically priced where the buyers are looking, but there hasn't been much on the market for buyers to select from. Here's a look at last month's neighborhood report. There hasn't been much of a change in the market this month.
Listing and sale information for Pioneer Place:
One property is listed at $155,000. It's a manufactured home.
One property was withdrawn from the market. It was a short sale priced at $69,950.
So far this year no homes have sold.
In 2014 there were two sales. Both were stick built homes that sold at $137,192 and $154,000.
The average days on market for the sold properties is 60.
Buyer activity is high and inventory is low. If you are thinking of listing your home, now is a great time to do that. Sales this year are up compared to this time last year.
