Today was one of those days that started out one way and went in a whole different direction. Not in a bad way but just in a different way. Sprinkle in too much time outside in 110 degree heat and everyone and their mother calling you, nothing on your list getting done and...Well, you know those days.

All I can say is, a lot of folks paid this $1 for the privilege of kicking my butt today....And I'm still not done, so the good news is, the day is over at midnight. LOL

I always figure life is a lot like a bowl of Lucky Charms. The marshmallows are the best part, but we wouldn't want to eat an entire bowl of them--it would be too sweet, too gooey, too much. We need those bland, cardboard pieces to balance it all out. The happiness lies in the mix. Our bad days make us appreciate the good ones all the more. Hang in there! Tomorrow is another day!
