Maximum Listing Price $1,149,500 and Selling Price $1,050,000 with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4264 sq ft home, 19,932 sq ft lot, and 305 days on market.
Average Listing Price $473,594 and Selling Price $469,978 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1618 sq ft home 7293 sq ft lot and 64 days on market.
From all the sales, 9 were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 22 sales on the 400K to 500K; Also 11 of the sales were short sale, 3 bank owned and 2 on probate and the rest were standard sales.
