This is up 11.1% from $175,500 in May of 2014. 3-month median price of $185,000 in May was up just slightly from $183,000 in April but down a little from $220,000 in May of 2014. Price per square foot in May was $291. This is up from $269 in April and up from $241 in May of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 153 in May was up 10.1% from 139 in April but down 10.0% from 170 in May of 2014. New listings of 42 in May were down marginally from 44 in April but up modestly from 40 in May of 2014. Months of supply of 8.8 in May was up a little from 8.1 in April but down slightly from 10.3 in May of 2014. On a year-over-year basis, months of supply has been rising for 5 months. This is the highest months of supply has been since October, 2014.
Market Time
Days on market of 160 in May was up substantially from 118 in April and very slightly up from 153 in May of 2014.
