Average Price decreased from $441,364 in April to $404,521 in May
List Price/Sold Price increased from 99.65% in April to 99.83% May
There was four short sales sold and two bank owned foreclosures sold.
(Distressed sales are very minimal as home values have increased substantially over the last couple of years.)
