One thing we love doing at Savvy + Company is playing with calculators. Because we were frustrated with some of Zillow's, um, less-than-accurate valuations, we decided to write our own system to value properties.
When properties hit the market here, our system "churns" through them and if it appears to be at least 15% below market or so, we flag them & they go on our investment properties page.
We also have a website where sellers can input their home's information & get an immediate value range for their home: OcalaFLHomeValue.com.
