Haley at Tavern BayNotice that many of these lakefront properties have been listed since 2006 (the dream-like Yeager Estate has been for sale since 2005) and prices have dropped on some, but not others.  Many lakefront owners don't need to sell, but will bide their time and wait for their price.  If it doesn't sell right away, it's no bother.  They'll just wait....

The more important question is, how long can you afford to wait?  Time is fleeting. Regrets are more often for things we didn't do, but always intended to.

Who's that little cute muffin?  She is the most beautiful little girl in the world.  Great post, awesome pictures and well laid out.  Get out and sell a few of those homes.
