Summer has arrived in Steamboat Springs. There is so much to do...don't forget to slow down and smell the roses...or wildflowers!!!
Last Sunday's Steamboat Springs real estate sales report is the Steamboat Pilot showed 28 sales with a dollar volume of $19,588,032. 10 were single family homes that closed, 9 were condo/townhomes, 5 were lot/land sales and 4 were commercial/industrial.
Also last Sunday, June 21, the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reported 181 Steamboat Springs area pending real estate sales. The list price dollar volume of pending sales was $91,098,710 with the average pending list price of $503,307 and the median, $352,000. 8% of the pending sales are properties listed for over $1 million, 3% are listed between $999,999 and $800k, 12% are between $799k and $600,000, 19% are between $599,999 and $400,000, 18% are pending with a list price in the $300's and 40% are below $300,000. Of the 181 pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions, 38% are single family homes, 41% are condo/townhomes, 9% are lot/land, 7% are commercial/industrial, and 3% are fractional pending sales.
