Adopt A Cat Day At Humane Society Of York County ~ Saturday, June 27th

It's Adopt A Cat Day at the Humane Society of York County in Fort Mill, South Carolina on Saturday, June 27th. I was over at the Humane Society earlier today and they have lots of simply gorgeous cats looking for their furever homes, as well as a "barrel full" of playful kittens. So if you've been thinking about acquiring a loving cat pet for yourself and/or your family, tomorrow, Saturday, June 27th is a great time to go and give a deserving cat its furever home!

 

The Humane Society of York County (HSYC) is a local non-profit, no-kill shelter dedicated to the humane treatment of animals.  HSYC is located at 8177 Regent Parkway in Fort Mill, South Carolina and serves the greater Charlotte region including York, Lancaster and Mecklenburg counties. Year-to-date The Humane Societ of York County has succeeded in providing furever homes to 123 dogs and 124 cats. They'd love to increase those numbers this Saturday.

It is so nice of you to post about cat adoptions.  We support our cat shelter by sponsoring cats for a year's worth of food and medical care.  People love to adopt sponsored cats, because they are special.  The shelter sends us profiles of the cats with their pictures and also an adoption announcement.   So far, everyone of our cats were adopted very fast.  A

There are cat people and there are dog people, I prefer the latter Nina Hollander but I wish your Humane Society well as I hate to see any animal put down and I hate to see strays out in the street.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel ~ that's why I was there today. I was delivering my monthly quota of dog and cat food, treats, kittie litter, cleaning supplies, etc. Just breaks my heart each time I'm there to see all those lovely cats and dogs hoping for a home.
