Just when I thougt the market shifted. Another bad monday. Today is my birthday and also tax day. My only hope for April has almost flushed down to zero. The good side of the coin is I always have a back up plan and Saw the storm coming. Another lesson in the book. 2 scheduled closings that buckled up.
