TUESDAY MORNING

So much to do.  It's 8:10 AM.

We have a 9:00 Yoga class.  My favorite of the week.  My usual instructor was looking for a subsitute.

I hope she finds one.  I need to get this body/mind ready for another fun week ahead.

I am feeling better today.  It was nice to get a good nights sleep, my first in several days.

The weather outside is really turning in our favor.  We should get our first 70 degree day here in Naperville, Illinois.  Good real estate weather finally.

I am sure the Nickie Indicator is up today.

I will be having an open house this Saturday.  I like them.  My trick is that I lower my expectations to almost zero.  I figure worst case, I have my signs throughout the neighborhood.  At least that helps for name recognition.

My buyers seem like they want to be on the fence.  They all seem to like to talk about moving, but never actually moving.

Do they want to buy a house?  I am not sure.  Lot's of people like talking about buying a house, but still no contracts.  Challenging.
