Fox Hollow Real Estate Market Report Delta, CO June 2015
The Fox Hollow neighborhood has a few more listings and one new sale to report. The recent sale has helped to bring the average sold price up a bit since my last neighborhood market report.
Here's at look at this year's sales and the current inventory:
- There are three active listings.
- Prices range from $219,900 to $299,900.
- Two homes have sold since the first of the year.
- The most recent sale was this month.
- The average sold price is $215,500.
- In 2014 the average sold price was $209,166.
Sales are still a bit slow, but the inventory is beginning to come up so that should help boost neighborhood sales.
