On June 15, 2015, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that single family homes values were higher 0.8% at the price of $485,830 in May of 2015 from $481,880 in April 2015, and gained 4.4% in May of 2014 from price of $465,470. While, single family homes sales dropped 1.1% in May of 2015, from April of 2015, but increased 8.9% from May of 2014 in California.
There were 2.9 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in May of 2015, unchanged from 2.9 months in April of 2015, but decreased from 3.3 months in May of 2014. An average it took 31.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in May 2015, lower from 33.6 days in April of 2015, and fell from 35.3 days in May of 2014 in California.
