July 4th Annual Brea County Fair
Experience good times and old-fashioned fun at the 36th Annual Country Fair on Saturday, July 4.
This traditional celebration is held at City Hall Park. A pancake breakfast starts at 7 a.m.
and the Fair opens at 10 a.m. and continues until 4 p.m.

Fireworks Celebration
The City of Cypress is teaming up with the armed forces to present a fireworks celebration. The event features live entertainment, a fun zone for kids, food and of course, a fireworks show. Government identification is required for all adults hoping to enjoy the festivities. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited,  but lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.

Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza
Whether you come for a day at the beach and the
evening fireworks display or just for the amazing fireworks extravaganza launched from the barge off shore, this is a great 4th of July tradition.  It is one of the most popular days at Doheny, so if you’re planning to spend the day at the beach and see the fireworks in the evening, get an early start as the park fills up early. Bring a personal FM
radio device and listen to the patriotic music accompanying the fireworks on FM 88.5, KSBR.

Annual Community Fireworks Show and Festival
Food, entertainment and fireworks! There will be live music (by Soundbytes) and additional entertainment. Fireworks begin at 9:00 pm and last for approximately 20 minutes.
All food is reasonably priced, and is being offered by local charity organizations. No alcohol is served or allowed in the area.

Annual Run for Fun Event
A healthy way to kick off your 4th of July! La Palma’s Fitness Run for Fun is more than just another run: it’s an opportunity to experience that small town/hometown sense of community. 5K/10K runs start at 7:30 am. Yankee Doodle Dash & Family Fun Zone runs 8:30 - 10:30 am. The Yankee Doodle Dash is a non-competitive, 2/5 of a mile,
run for kids, ages 2 - 12 years old. The Family Fun Zone has plenty to do for families. The La Palma Kiwanis Club will also serve their annual Pancake Breakfast at 7:30 am.
