Those on the market for sale range in list price from $45,000 to $1,999,900. Those under contract where last listed from $44,000 to $6250,000.  Those that have completed the sales process have sold for between $43,000 and $570,000. 

This group of homes includes mobile homes, detached single family homes, townhouse, and garden apartments too.
