Bonde Ranch Pleasanton Market Update April 2015

The Bonde Ranch neighborhood of Pleasanton has no active listings and only one pending sale.  One sale has closed this year and three closed in 2014.

The only pending sale is on Genevieve Place and it is priced at $1,150,000, which is $513 per square foot.  The home has been on the market for 15 days.

The four homes that have sold since the beginning of 2014 received 99.6% of the list price, on average.  The average sales price was $1,335,250 or $416 per square foot.  The properties were listed for 12 days, on average.

Bonde Ranch was developed by Shapell Industries in 1996 & 1997. Most are tract homes built by Shapell, although there are also several lots sold by Shapell that contain custom homes. The neighborhood is located off of Bernal Ave just east of downtown Pleasanton.
