There are no homes available for sale in the Pleasanton Hill neighborhood of Pleasanton.  One sale is pending and four have closed in the past year.

The only pending sale is on Monaco Drive and it is priced at $1,250,000 or $368 per square foot.  It has been listed for 72 days.

The average sales price of the four sales that closed in the past year was $1,253,750.  The average price per square foot was $441.  These homes sold in an average of nine days for nearly 104% of their average list price.
