Coppell's traditional Independence Day concert and fireworks show will be on Friday July 3 at its usual location of Andrew Brown Park East. The recent flooding caused city staff to explore possible alternate locations, but ended up deciding to double the efforts to clean up Andy Brown Park East so that the celebration can occur there.
Vendors will be setting up in the parking lot, as some of the grass areas are still a little soggy. There will be food vendors ready to serve!
It is recommended that you bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs. You may want to use plastic tarp or plastic trash bags under your blanket(s) as portions of the grounds are still soggy.
Don't miss a live performance by the Jordan Kahn Band and after dark, enjoy the spectacular fireworks display choreographed to patriotic music.
