It's hot in Portola Hills and I am not talking about the weather. Well maybe a little :), after all it is the July. The real estate market is moving along well with homes closing escrow within 30 days and pricing is up in the area about 10% from June 2014. Woo hoo!! Below is a snapshot of what sold.

Overall in South Orange County inventory has increased but it is still low compared to buyer demand. Homes priced right are selling quickly with mulitple offers.
