SHELTER remains one of the necessaries of life. We have come along way since living in caves, trees or mountain tops. Today, the rewards of working to earn a living also allow one to consider not just having a nice place to lay the head-down but a place to own and call your own. It is in us this "wanting" to park the head consistently on a predictable pillow

It is interesting to note that many came to this country and wanted to purchase instead rent. In other parts of the world, owning was considered the ultimate destination to arrive to. In Europe, once they acquire Real Estate holdings, they then pass it down to the generations thus never selling. Why sell?

WORK & HOME

Back in the early 1900's, many flocked to America and bought (staked out & worked) property to start their businesses first... not to have a home. You farmed the land and then found it convenient to live there while doing so. On other types of making a living, you usually you did your business in front and lived in the back. Another version was downstairs is business and upstairs are the living quarters.

WELCOME TO REAL ESTATE

That's how many, after so many decades of owning, became wealthy simply because they were not only saving money by having one place to work and one to live in but also being part of the eventual supply & demand dynamics of a growing area that sprang up automatically.

SHELTER WANT

The land and the improvements in and of itself is not a live entity. It has no awareness of who owns it or who lives there and why. It is people that make the concept come alive and because of that, owning Real Estate remains a very deep and rewarding experience. The glue are the emotions, the want driving it all

Selling and buying it involves a myriad of emotions for many different reasons. Interesting to note that the feelings that come with it affect everyone the same way too. If I put your name on a "deed", all of a sudden, the person develops physical, mental, emotional, spiritual & psychological roots.

THE HOMEY FEELING

Renters are happy to have their little place to do with as they please. Stay or go, renting makes sense for those who have reasons to rent whatever they may be. Some people find property that is so nice but only want to visit with it and enjoy it just like if it was their own. Another deep concept at work

USE WHILE HERE

Funny thing too, none of it really belongs to anyone even though we have created systems that give us the feeling that it does. For a brief moment of time, which is one traveling through life, it can be said that we are all renting regardless what you call it or try to make out of it.

DAILY START AND END

Whatever approach you take to the Real Estate subject, and keep in mind we all have to live somewhere, lets agree that wherever we end up or decide to do, that place is called our home and there is still nothing like it whether you rent or own. We need a destination or point of start whoever we are

IT JUST DOES

It proves itself over and over again. HOW? Just leave the place you have grown accustomed to for any length of time and you yearn for the roots that were. Its that home-grown feeling and it just feels good. How can a piece of dirt with something on it do that?
