We all need to WORK HARD.  Working hard doesn't always mean working more hours to be successful.  Its about working and having something to show for it.

You have to know WHERE your work is going.  You have to know what GOALS you're working
towards.  Without clear goals for your hard work, you'll be busy; you'll have lots of activity in
your life, but you won't have much in the way of accomplishment.

Ernest Hemingway said, "Never confuse motion and action."

Yes, WORK HARD, but work with a clear goal in mind.  Activity will lead to Accomplishment.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again yet expecting different results.

Lu, this is good. One can be busy but never really productive. If you call 20 people during the day at their home number and you know they all work, you will have been very "busy" but you'll have nothing to show for it because you never spoke with anyone.

Some people spend a lot of time spinning their wheels because they don't feel they are yet ready. They need to realize there are times when the best course of action is to, "just do it."

This is good "food for thought." I believe much more is accomplished when one works smart.
