Great post and very informative for buyers looking to purchase condo in Vegas.

I would always recommend that homeowners purchase individual policy. It gives them the added protection if they caused the damage to neighboring units ( water damage). Was surprised to read about coverage protection against plane damage...never would have thought of it.
