I don't know why... something about being outside in a dress and cowboy boots (it's Texas thang)... or maybe it is being twirled around like a princess.... It happens in Tennessee too. My niece wore cowboy boots to her brother's wedding reception. She's a mom of two and and in her 30's so it's not just for young girls. She looked so cute.

She does indeed look happy in her boots and a dress..........in Florida, it would be sandals with that dress - way too humid for boots!
