Prepare yourself for another "Crash" in the economy ;o(

Everyone knows that Vegas Bob like to refrain from negative things, and tries his best to surround himself with positive and happy things ... but!

 

Vegas Bob can no longer hold this back ...

Since the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015, Vegas Bob learned about some information from several different people in California and other sources.

 

Now I don't know where some Californians get their information, but I think it stems from Silicon Valley, and all the World Wide Web information that runs through the computer industry there.

 

Now don't get me wrong, Vegas Bob along with millions of other people around the world (cannot) predict the future.

 

For some reason Vegas Bob has a strong feeling ...

And Vegas Bob (will not) be purchasing any real estate through a bank with a mortgage attached to a loan.

Vegas Bob will also refrain from selling homes to clients with loans attached with banks.

 

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz would be happy to sell your buildings, homes, land, etc.

And or find you a nice piece of "Vacant" Land ;o)

I'm not sure running around like chicken little saying the sky is falling is the best way to get people to list with you Robert.  "sources" need to be vetted.  The trends from every place in the country I'm reading market reports don't support another crash.

Hello Tammy ... Thanks for stopping my friend, and this is not like the turn of the year 2000 or 2012 when people thought it was the end of the world.

And in 2005 when market reports were through the roof, did anyone tell us the real eatate market was going to crash??? NO!

And the crash that will be coming next will be connected with currency acros the globe ;o(

The value of the American dollar will be suppressed ;o/

But with the last crash of the RE market and no warning, I have a very hard time trusting banks, lending corps, etc ;o(
