Paul, Seems to be human nature doesn't it? I've been watching a local FB group and some of the folks complaining about the July 4th parade. They weren't volunteers that helped plan it, just the peanut gallery complaining because this first annual parade didn't meet their own personal expectations.

Yes, we tend to get bogged down in that. This is a good point to think about.
