Have you ever formed a relationship based on the others person personality?  There was just something about them that caused you to pursue the relationship.

 

I'm pleased as punch to say that I made such an impression on a recent closing client that she asked me to list her previous residence for sale.  I hope I can impress her yet again.

Once you break the ice, it is very easy to be trusted. I saw a lady peeked through window "home for sale", I opened the door for her and explained about homes and estimated the going price.   In about 10 minutes she told me she needed to unload some investment properties and her realtor friend was not responding to her request.   I checked her friend out hardly did anything don't need bread. 

I met with her in the office she came back with a list of homes. There were 5 homes she needed to unload. I had enough time to unload 2, The court let her keep one. The other were auctioned off....

A person I met late last year asking about RE contracts, lease review came back he wanted to put his big home on the market.  I sent him the comps and his min asking price is attainable.  So I will put his 7 figure home on the market.

 The repusive magnetic force is what we often deal with. Through a referral

the person told me the owner was in default he was going to unload a home on the market.  The client never showed up but called back he is paying off the debt and want to keep his property.
