The 2nd Annual Southwest Louisiana Attakapas Opelousas
Prairie Tribe Festival is your chance to experience Opelousas's Native American heritage. Expose yourself to traditional Native American music, dance, food arts and crafts, and stories.
Listen to guest speakers, take dancing and crafting lessons, and participate in other educational activities to learn more about Attakapa culture.
The festival will take place on July 25 from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Farmers Market Pavilion in Opelousas. Admission is free for all ages.
