The median List prices  for the  Lake Forest Park/Sheridan Beach area  is $524,999 down slightly from last week’s  $525,000.  With inventory and days-on-market basically unchanged and The Market Action Index  (see below  MAI chart) increasing, the market is not sending strong directional signal for the near-term outlook.
