The contract came on her house in just the nick of time to fulfill the timeframe for the contingency on her purchase.

These type of transactions are rewarding but do put a lot of pressure on the Realtor....I had a deal where I was representing the seller and they in turn were buying a move up home.... the seller of the move up home was moving out of state to buy....then the buyer who was buying my seller's home... well...I could write a book not a comment about it...:)) Endre
