Today's closing was SUPER FUN! It was one of those closings where it feels like everyone has known each other for ages. The buyers had their son with them and he was looking forward to swimming at the community pool and FISHING. The sellers were excited by how excited the buyers were. It was awesome!

What was so exciting? The closing on this Lake Livingston Lot in the Harbor Point subdivision located on Pine Trail. That's what! And why wouldn't they be excited? This affordable weekender was set up and ready to begin enjoying. You would be hard pressed to find another weekend getaway at this price. Frankly, I am surprised it took this long to sell (49 days).

Joni, ya gotta love these types of sales, right? Everyone involved is happy! I sold a home recently before it even got officially listed and was there to give the new owner the key and he had two of his sons with him--who had NO IDEA that Dad was buying a lakefront home! I got video and pictures and they spent the entire day in the lake--how wonderful (while we had wine to celebrate and he got to meet the wonderful neighbors that I sold to last year)!
