safety when showing vacant properties in Las Vegas NV

http://www.pennysproperties.com/Just a reminder not to let your gaurd down when showing properties.  at one time we were concerned about who we allowed in our car.  NOW with all the vacant homes on the market we have had a number of squatters hiding out in these homes.  lots of vandalism with the homes. and yeah, no power on.   So take someone with you if you need to preview homes. or do as I do I take my dog.  He's not big but he would let me know if someone was in the house.  BE safe.  Penny O'Brien with RE/MAX Realty Center.  http://www.pennysproperties.com/
